So, since I dabble in writing as well as an art, a couple of pals encouraged me to do a fan-fiction of Sonic, my favorite video game character. Why? Well, basically put - because they said "most fan fiction sucks, especially Sonic fan-fiction." And, apparently my writing "doesn't suck" (they say it is rather good). So, I then started writing, and well everything snowballed into a totally re-imagined and revised series of episodic stories taking place a three years after the events of the old Satam series (sort of like the great and awesome Sea3on comic, except more like Season 4, bringing elements and characters for various games, shows, and comics chronologically in one central canon). This here will be the cover for one of the episodes.
I will probably tweak this later on with a cool title and the like for the cover-art, but I thought I would show you guys this before hand.
I wanted to thank everyone who faved this here, since there are so many of you. Thank you for your support!

I have been a fan of Sonic since the Dreamcast era and hated how his fan base and populartiy faltered in the mid-2000's with silly concepts and a lack of cohesive story-telling. Yet with his recent sucess with Colors and Generations it has encouraged me to get more involved in the fandom. Sadly, a lot of their fiction work is either creepy-bad or just bad, and since I am also a writer it has encouraged me to write as well as illustrate my own take on Sonic out of both spite of the shlock out there on the internet and love of the character. I hope you find my upcoming episodic fan-series related to this illustration just as intresting. It combines a lot of the stories ever told about Sonic in a chronological order, making them look like they are all in one cohesive canon. I'm just axing all the concepts I don't like and adding a new spin to the ones I find intresting.
Expect more new illustrations and a preview of the story soon! Eventually, I plan to make it into a comic.
Hope to hear more from you soon when I start posting it.
that look for sonic is second only to classic in my book^^
Imagine what Super Sonic might look like...
